Additional fees will be charged for the lighting tech, sound tech, auditorium supervisor and building supervisor, each are required when renting the auditorium. If you will be needing a dressing room, please select "classroom to be used as a dressing room" under options when submitting your request. One room will be provided, there will be a fee for additional rooms.

Each auditorium rental will require a Tech Rider to be filled out. This will help us better understand your needs. The Tech Rider will be emailed to you once your application has been started.
Click on "request facility use" to create and submit an application for the Auditorium. Keep in mind, you cannot request a date that is fewer than 5 days away, and requests are currently not being accepted for dates after 07/31/2021.
2. Wait for approval.
Please be patient while Davis staffers review the details of your application. They will contact you if they have any questions.
3. Review and accept the terms.
If your facility use is approved, you will be notified and asked to review a formal facility use agreement, complete with all pricing and terms. Once you accept the terms of the agreement, your facility use is confirmed and you are set for your event.
