24/25 School Year Rental Requests open July 15, 2024
Additional fees for scoreboard and lighting to be determined. Concession stand is not available for rentals. Outside rentals do not include use of restrooms, may request for an additional fee. There will be an additional fee for a field supervisor with track and turf rentals
Click on "request facility use" to create and submit an application for the Track and Turf. Keep in mind, you cannot request a date that is fewer than 5 days away, and requests are currently not being accepted for dates after 08/16/2024.
2. Wait for approval.
Please be patient while Davis staffers review the details of your application. They will contact you if they have any questions.
3. Review and accept the terms.
If your facility use is approved, you will be notified and asked to review a formal facility use agreement, complete with all pricing and terms. Once you accept the terms of the agreement, your facility use is confirmed and you are set for your event.
