Davis School District's primary mission is the academic, physical, cultural, and emotional development of the students we serve in our schools. Large rentals which are taxing on employees and facilities should be referred to professional business agencies which can better serve their needs. Please note the following: The majority of technicians working your event are students in training. We ask that you be patient, courteous and respectful as they work hard to make your event a success. Requested resources (both equipment and personnel) may be provided subject to availability and may also require additional fees. Your contract time begins when someone opens the doors to the auditorium and you begin setting up. Ending time shall be the time when all persons associated with the rental have left the building. Please schedule your time accordingly. No food or drinks are allowed in the auditoriums. No animals permitted on school property other than service animals.
