Please keep in mind:
Requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance of an event.
We're currently accepting requests for event dates through June 1, 2019. On June 1st, we'll open applications for new requests. Those applications will not be processed until after July 15, 2019 in the order they were submitted.
Costs listed reflect rental of space only. Additional costs (such as for personnel) will be added as per Facility Rental Permit and Use Policy.
