Welcome to the Davis School District scheduling website. We appreciate your interest in our spaces and look forward to planning your event with you.

Please keep in mind:

  • Requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance of an event.
  • All auditorium rentals will be required to complete a “tech rider” prior to final approval of your event request.  This will help us provide the best possible service to you.   Please review the Auditorium Rental and Tech Rider information document prior to submitting your rental request (see top right next to "Find a Space").
  • Certificate of Liability Insurance; Non-District individuals or entities renting a District facility are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance for liability and property damage before the event. The Certificate shall be for one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and three million dollars ($3,000,000) for general aggregate. Davis School District should be listed as the certificate holder with our physical address; 45 E State St, Farmington, UT  84025.   • Costs listed reflect rental of space only. Additional costs (such as for personnel) will be added as per Facility Rental Permit and Use Policy.
