Please keep in mind:

  • Requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance of an event.
  • All auditorium rentals will be required to complete a “tech rider” prior to final approval of your event request.  This will help us provide the best possible service to you.    
  • Costs listed reflect rental of space only. Additional costs (such as for personnel) will be added as per Facility Rental Permit and Use Policy.
